There is plenty of storage and preparation space in this bright and airy kitchen. Enhanced by the feature velux roof window the light earthy tones compliment the rural surroundings.

Free standing furniture in the living area provides comfortable seating for the whole family, whilst looking out of the French doors onto your colour coded balcony.

Kick back with a glass of wine on your balcony, whilst taking in the sounds of the babbling brook or enjoy the red kites flying over head.

The lodge boasts a spacious master bedroom, with en-suite shower bathroom and ample storage. There is a mirrored dressing area to aid getting ready to visit the Gwernydd Arms.

There is a further twin room with full height wardrobe, mirrored dressing area and plenty of floor space.

Finally there is a family bathroom with large shower and plenty of cupboards and shelf space.

This is the perfect lodge to enjoy the peace and quiet and also get involved with all the facilities that the park has to offer.

Your electricity costs are based on usage and the reading is taken from your holiday home's meter. The rate is identical to the amount we pay for the park's electricity and payment is made to us directly.

Insurance

Just like with any large important purchase, you'll need insurance to help protect your holiday home. All of our owners are required to take out an annual policy to ensure they're covered against risks such as fire, flood, and theft, and are protected from public and property owner's liability.

Rates, Water & Drainage

The rates, sewerage, and drainage costs you pay will depend upon the park you choose. The amount is influenced by the park's size, facilities, and location. Good news our Pitch Fees cover all of these for peace of mind.
