About Gwernydd Hall Caravan Holiday Home Park
Gwernydd Hall is situated in rolling hills between Welshpool and Newtown. There is always something to do, be it shopping in Welshpool, Newtown or Shrewsbury, a ride on the Welshpool to Llanfair light railway (one of the great little trains of Wales) or a visit to the magnificent Powis Castle (which often welcomes Prince Charles as a guest in summer) to name but a few.
There are many local walks, wildlife in abundance, golf, cycling, canoeing and riding. Alternatively you could just relax in the peace and wonderful surroundings of this five star holiday home park.
The park has 181 pitches set over 25 acres of natural hillside with spectacular views in all directions. All caravans are owner-occupied only, so there will be no rowdy crowds of holiday makers, and the park does not permit touring caravans, motor homes or tents.
We have the highest possible start grading (5) from the Welsh Tourist Board and are members of the British Holiday and Home Park Association (BH&HPA) for your peace of mind. Pitches are all connected by lit and well-maintained tarmac roads, and have piped water, electricity and satellite television.
Gas is provided by bottle and is available from the park managers. Our on-site bar, the Gwernydd Arms, is open to both park tenants and the general public and you can enjoy a meal at anytime in it's superb restaurant.
